Who Framed Black Rabbit?

🎬The biological kinship of Grand Duke, Crown Prince, Touygun Leo Tolstoy with the Chinghiz-Khan has the long going consequences expanding far beyond the scope of just the genetics issue. It is not the genetics issue, these are the multiple dynastic, financial, property, hereditary issues, which are concerning the ruling right in the numerous Eurasian countries, nevertheless, is the monarchy kept there as a form of the state power organization, or not. The law of succeeding works with no disclaimers. "The Mongol Empire, at its greatest extent, stretched from Poland to Korea, covering a vast area that encompassed a wide diversity of peoples." (Morgan, 1982). It included China, Japan, and other countries. Not to do nothing, but to get a victory, to be happy, money and health by praying to God is the essential base of Russia's history. This fantastic ignorance, and the total brain acute religioziz in terminal stage explain perfectly, why so many fraudsters representing them as "Leo Tolstoy's great-grandkids" happily lived here for decades. Leo Tolstoy, in fact, had hereditary right to claim a huge bunch of intellectual property as a legal successor of the largest technically perfect military states in the world. As far as I was moving forward through the pedigree of Leo Tolstoy, I did more and more discoveries clearly addressing my third question: "Why Leo Tolstoy?"
The process of the smart photo match educates us not only that Leo Tolstoy and multiple "great-grandkids of Great writer Leo Tolstoy" are not bonded by any kind of biological kinship. This funny genetics comparison opens up a huge potential for the further discovery. First, the shameless attempts to exploit the fake kinship with famous people are known to the criminal investigators much before the writing of the Golden Calf novel by Ilf and Petrov. In his "Guide for Judicial Investigators of General and Civil Police" Hans Gross (1896) writes: "No one will pretend to be under a false name for the sake of a joke or as a result of any minor misdemeanor, so hiding the name itself is a circumstance that causes serious suspicions on the perpetrator. Such persons are usually either those who have escaped from custody, or who are hiding any serious crime, or those who, having appropriated a noble name or title, use them to involve gullible people in deception."
After almost 130 years, this still be actual. Gross gives us the comprehensive, substantial explanation about the initial reasoning and causation of the actions committed by the fake heirs representing themselves as relatives of Leo Tolstoy. The simplest criminal case, pretty well defined by Hans Gross more than a century ago, in reality represents the entry ticket to the awful events of the WWII, largely known due to the monstrous atrocities in death camps. Gross' definition of the genuine substance of people representing themselves as kins of Leo Tolstoy is at the point.
For the genetic kinship tests, I have used the photos of young Leo Tolstoy, where his appearance looks consistently to his origin. However, on the Internet were widely distributed many edited photos of different persons, containing the attribution to the name of Leo Tolstoy. These photos are fake, and can be easily recognized in the amended form of different facial elements. So, don't be confused by the Internet photos of kinda "Leo Tolstoy" because this is not he. Next, let me remind you, that the majority of fake heirs attributed themselves with the biological kinship with Leo Tolstoy through claiming the biological relationships with Iliya Lvovich Tolstoy, one of the Leo Tostoy's sons.
On the Internet, there are only two widely distributed photos of Iliya Lvovich Tolstoy, where his appearance complies to his genetics and the biological fatherhood of Leo Tolstoy. On these two photos, Iliya Tolstoy's identity complies with the traits of Leo Tolstoy, and their direct ancestors as noted in previous publications: Gediminid, Rurikids, Chinghiz-Khan. The other photos which I observed, are anthropologically different with these two photos in terms of anthropological measurements, traits, ethnicity. The conclusion is simple - on these photos appeared another person, somehow wrongly attributed with the Iliya Tolstoy. The explanations of this - is this the simplest photo editing that means falsification, or simply another person under the name of Iliya Tolstoy which is the falsification as well - is a question for the criminalists and criminal investigators, because the reasoning does not cancel the Gross' explanation, in contrast - completely complies with it. The only thing for us that has the fundamental meaning, is just a few photos distributed on the Internet contain the true image of Leo and Iliya Tolstoys. The fake photos of Iliya Tolstoy, in particular, the headline photo on the Wikipedia page, which is dedicated to my direct male line great-great-grandad Iliya Tolstoy by the third parties, like Wikimedia Foundation Inc., are sourced from the Library of the US Congress.
